Where do orders ship from?

Most products ship directly from the U.S. brand that makes them. If you order from more than one brand, you may receive separate packages, each with its own tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in original packaging, and unopened food and treats, can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund & Return Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?
